Description:

This unique brew builds from the inspiration of Flemish reds. It begins with an earthy sourness and hints of dark fruit but the tartness gives way to a rich maltiness and touch of toasted oak. These flavors are rounded and deepened by the barrel aging for a layered & alluring brew. With 10 IBUs.

(4-19-13) This beer pours a deep amber color with a heavy amount of head. On tasting, it has a moderate amount of malt flavor, but with a very sour aftertaste. There are hints of fruitiness with a light residual sweetness. Not really my kind of beer.

Middle East Beast

I thought this sam was really good and no bitterness.

Supply Sergeant

This was a strange brew. Citrus flavor with a bitter finish. Tasted 4/19/2013

Herr O. Gant Basturd

sour beer with a tart taste, might be good during the hot summer months, but not really my kind of beer.

Agent Dave

I'm not sure this one really fit the category. It was sour to the point were having not been used to drinking this type of beer thought it might have turned bad due to air getting in the bottle due to a bad seal. But upon further analysis it appears that it is supposed to taste this way. Really not my favorite style. (Tasted 4/19/13).
