21st Amendment founders Nico Freccia and Shaun O’Sullivan traveled to Belgium to develop the recipe for this special beer, visiting small, traditional breweries in the hop fields of west Flanders, not far from the famous Trappist abbey of Westvletren.

A good word to use on this beer is "complex" With the ingredients used in this one it is a pleasure sipping as challenging yourself to detect the different flavors. It is sweet and high in alcohol content but a pleasure to drink. As one who likes sweet and multiple flavors in a beer this one is a winner.
