Not to be boastful, but we honestly believe that all other ales pale in comparison to this one. Brewed with pilsner malt, Philadelphia Pale Ale is crisp and hoppy, bursting with citrus flavors and aromas.

Just what I'm looking for in a Pale Ale. Fairly light, but with good malt flavor and a moderate amount of hops. Not too bitter and very easy to drink on hot summer days.

Siren of Suds
 
This had just the right amount of hop taste where it has an almost citrusy flavor. I really enjoyed it.

Nice slightly bitter pale ale but balanced. The most flavor of the brews tasted. samll brewery great flavor. Tasted 7/23/2010

nice malty, hoppy flavor - good choice if your not quite into IPAs but like pale ales
