I respect all types of beers, as they all have their appropriate time and place (even those light lagers – Jimmy Buffett concert anyone?!). However, when I’m trying to kick back and relax I most often grab a strong hopped beer with plenty of flavor. Beer tasting gives me inspiration for my own brewing. Always keep an open mind! Cheers!
